Senior QA Engineer

Our company builds advanced end-to-end technology solutions with a strong focus on data processing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. We work with various data sources, including marketing data, macro-economic forecasting, and social media analytics.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who will help us build and shape the testing process from the ground up while working closely with our development team and having a real impact on the quality of our products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the end-to-end testing process (from A to Z)
  • Create and maintain test documentation and QA standards
  • Develop and maintain automated tests (API, integration, E2E)
  • Perform manual and exploratory testing when needed
  • Actively explore the system to understand how it works and identify potential issues
  • Design and manage the overall testing workflow
  • Work closely with developers and other stakeholders
  • Propose and implement improvements in QA tools, processes, and testing strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience as a QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer
  • Strong experience in test automation (API, integration, E2E)
  • Experience creating or improving QA processes
  • Basic understanding of REST API's and HTTP methods
  • Basic knowledge of software testing principles(ISQTB Foundation Level or equivalent)
  • Experience with manual and exploratory testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English at minimum B2 level – ability to communicate with English-speaking clients

    Nice to Have
  • Experience with QTest
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem / C#
  • Experience in AI, ML, or data-driven projects
